Refund Policy

Refund Guidelines

Kavasa Foundation is committed to transparency. As this is a charity event, the majority of registration fees are directly allocated to our charitable causes and event logistics.

Refund Eligibility

• Full Refund: Not applicable for charity events under normal circumstances.
• 50% Refund: If a cancellation request is received more than 45 days prior to the event date.
• No Refund: For cancellations made within 45 days of the event date.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days and credited back to the original method of payment.

Donations

Any additional donations made over and above the registration fee are non-refundable and are eligible for tax exemption under section 80G.
