Event Cancellation Policy

At Kavasa Foundation, we understand that plans can change. However, as a charity event where proceeds go towards community development, we have specific guidelines regarding cancellations.

Participant Cancellation

If you need to cancel your registration, please note the following:

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event date are eligible for a partial refund (see Refund Policy).
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable.
  • Registrations are non-transferable to future events or other individuals without prior written approval.

Event Cancellation by Organizers

In the unlikely event that the marathon is cancelled by Kavasa Foundation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, safety concerns, force majeure):

  • Participants will be notified immediately via email and SMS.
  • Options for virtual participation or carrying forward the registration to the next edition will be provided.
  • We reserve the right to modify the route or distance for safety reasons.
